3 PRIVATE PILATES LESSONS FOR $70 EACH

The system developed by Joseph Pilates includes the use of very unique apparatus that he designed to optimize his technique and to be used in conjunction with the mat work.  This apparatus uses variable-length and gauge springs to simultaneously lengthen and strengthen the muscles, as well as to improve joint flexibility and range of motion.  Along with straps and supports, the springs of the Pilates apparatus create resistance using the body's weight to massage, align, stretch, and strengthen muscles.
