Tracey Katona

Tracey Katona, owner of Katona Pilates, is a certified Romana's Pilates Instructor. A former professional ballerina, she began Pilates as a young dancer with Anthony Rabara (Master Romana’s Pilates Instructor) and continued the work to stay healthy throughout her ballet career. Romana’s Pilates had such an impact on her life she decided to become an instructor and help others to feel that same awareness and empowerment in their own bodies. After retirement from ballet, she moved to the west coast and began teaching at Nike WHQ where her knowledge and eye for form has made her the most sought after Pilates Instructor there. She has trained many professional athletes and celebrities including LeBron James, Colleen Quigley, Antonio Brown, Melanie Griffith, Emily Infeld, Evan Jager, Emily Menges, Channing Frye, Chris Paul, Lindsey Vonn, Adam and Kara Goucher and many more. In 2013 Miss Katona choreographed Michelle Obama's launch of the Let's Move Active Schools initiative and performed with the First Lady. Tracey has taught at Oregon Ballet Theatre and continues to teach dance all over the country and for Miraval Resorts as a featured presenter. In addition to her studio, Katona Pilates, Tracey has served as technical advisor on photo shoots and video for movement for several athletic brands. She continues to study the work closely under the Master Teachers and her colleagues of Romana’s Pilates, ever learning and evolving, to better serve her clients. Her passion and purpose is teaching and supporting people to move with quality, control and grace through the work of Joseph Pilates.

 
 

Linda Sah Olshausen

Linda Sah Olshausen is a Romana’s Pilates certified instructor. She studied and trained directly under Grandmaster Instructor Sari Mejia Santo (Romana’s daughter) and Daria Pace (Romana’s granddaughter.) She has experience working with a wide variety of body types, age groups, and functional physiological changes from degenerative diseases, hip and knee replacements, kyphosis, lordosis, neck pain, neurological disorders, scoliosis, osteoporosis, shoulder impingement, soft tissue injuries, and sprains. Linda believes in life-long learning and eagerly seeks continuing education opportunities with master instructors around the world. Linda took her first Pilates lesson in 2003. One year later, she experienced the transformative genius of Joseph Pilates’ work. Through controlled movements with strength, stretch, and proper alignment, the bulging vertebrae, caused by caused by whiplash and muscular imbalances, disappeared. Pilates transformed her life. No longer did she suffer from frequent, debilitating headaches that no amount of physical therapy could resolve. Linda became passionate about Pilates and was inspired to become an Instructor to help others have a similar life-changing experience. As a Pilates Instructor, Linda derives great joy helping clients nourish their mind, body, and spirit through movement. A self-proclaimed foodie, she is a certified Master Food Preserver and Master Gardener, an avid baker, and loves specking time in nature, traveling the world, and trying new things!
