The Training Path

Seminars: Group learning and demonstrations led by experienced teacher trainers.
Independent Study: Observation, logged practice hours, and self-directed study in the studio.
Private & Semi-Private Lessons: Focused one-on-one and small-group instruction to refine your personal practice and teaching approach.
Assessments: Written and practical exams to confirm readiness for the next stage.
Throughout your training you’ll complete approximately 700+ hours of seminars, observation, lessons, practice teaching, and assessments. Most trainees finish within 12 months. If additional time is needed, the program may be extended with additional independent study fees.
After certification, instructors continue to develop through annual Continuing Professional Education (CPE) workshops to keep skills sharp and stay connected to the worldwide Romana’s Pilates International™ community.
